I work with schools that are growing, restructuring, or strengthening what they already do well. Most of my clients are international or bilingual schools, but the work translates across settings and regions. Engagements run on site or remotely, and I travel where the work requires it.

Each engagement is shaped around the school. The areas below describe the kinds of work I am most often asked for, but a particular engagement will usually cut across several.

Sessions are designed around the school's context rather than delivered from a template, and they connect to the practical reality of the classroom and the senior team.
Common requests include leadership development for middle leaders, retention-building for teaching teams, communication skills for senior staff, and the practical realities of integrating AI into teaching, assessment, and curriculum.
Every engagement starts with a conversation. We talk through what the school is dealing with, whether the work is something I am the right person to help with, and what shape an engagement might take. There is no charge for this initial conversation, and no obligation.
If we agree to proceed, I scope the work in writing before it begins, so the school knows exactly what to expect and at what cost. Engagements can take many forms.
A one-off advisory session, typically a half day, for a specific question or decision.
A longer in-school engagement, usually one to three days on site, for more substantial work such as a strategic review, a board development session, or a launch planning workshop.
A retainer arrangement, where I am available on an ongoing basis for advisory work, board attendance, or as a sounding board for the head. Retainers usually run six to twelve months in the first instance.
A workshop or training programme, delivered to teaching teams, middle leaders, or senior staff, typically over one to three days.
Engagements can be entirely remote, entirely on site, or a mix. For schools outside Switzerland, on-site engagements are quoted with travel and accommodation included.
I am transparent about pricing. Indicative fees are below. Specific quotes are issued in writing as part of each engagement scope.
For on-site engagements outside Switzerland, travel and accommodation are added to the quoted fee at cost.
